Poultry slaughtered and dressed in North Wales?

Hi, I'm currently looking for somebody in the North Wales area who would slaughter and dress smalll numbers of poultry for me.  Any ideas please........

You might be lucky and find someone willing who's local but more realistically it's a do it yourself kind of job. Whereabouts in N Wales are you it's a big place?

The Food Standards Agency will have a list of licensed poultry abattoirs. They're pretty scarce these days - even rarer than red meat abattoirs. I found one to do my turkeys via the FSA. The list may be on their website, though I remember it being a nightmare to navigate because there is so much stuff. Might be easier to give them a ring or drop and email.
