Hm not a good pic bit grainy but from the lumpage suspect mastitis, she needs a jab of ampycyllin (sp?) from vet and or ask him for some tubes of cow teat mastitis cream, it for inserting into the udders of cows but does just as good a job rubbed in a pigs teats. Keep the piglets on her, and check her temperature regularly, she will try to cool her udder by either rolling in her water which is ok or peeing on her straw and laying on it. DO NOT LET HER DO THIS. It is bug heaven and can lead to worse stuff so make sure you clear any wet straw out asap and replace with clean dry. Cool her udder with damp cold towels if need be.

Could be fluid build up get her up and walking about, exercise will also make her poo regular as constipation can be another factor. make sure she has loads to drink too.
Are the lumps hard/squigy? do they hurt her when you touch?
Vets bill Ouch, similar case with my feed bill this month :gloomy:
Anyway hope she progresses nicely and the piglets do well.
You know where i am if you're stuck, oink oink!
best Mandy :pig:
