Heard that on the news yesterday - it's just so lovely... So much could be done to improve life for a lot of people with little kindnesses like this!

Doing that swan thing - cool and calm on the surface but paddling like crazy beneath.

Saw this on Facebook  ;D . We inadvertently grew a big hemp plant (not as big as that one) from birdseed. I didn't recognise it but Dan did

The hemp in birds seed is usually ok .
The stuff grown for the thc is a different variant . Ordinary hemp has no thc and is grown for fibre or seed .

My horses bedding is hemp and so is their stables wall insulation. No wonder they sleep so well and their beds are less messy than at our old stables where they were on shavings. Mind you, they did rattle their stable doors claiming they 'had the munchies' at 3am and asked me if I had any 'skins' :-DDDDD

My aunt's mother-in-law used to empty her bird cage out of the window onto the patch of garden at the front of her house and stuff started to grow there.  One day she noticed some people staring at it and whispering to each other.  The next day the ground was totally clear of plants.   :roflanim:

Ina, thanks for posting that story.  Things like that give me a lovely warm glow.  What a kind person.

I'd seen that other one, too - a very attractive shrub, I thought! :innocent:
