Smallholding for sale, Bampton, Oxfordshire

Dear All,
We are thinking of selling up so we can move away from Bampton to somewhere further south or west to be nearer to work
Details are:
Very spacious 4 bedroom detatched bungalow with attached granny flat with a further two bedrooms
Main house has large kitchen, main family bathroom, shower room and separate toilet, very large living room, conservatory. Granny annex has its own bathroom and kitchen as well as a living room.
We think the garden is about 1/4 acre and it backs onto two paddocks (perhaps another 1/2 acre) that are owned by the family. There is also a small garden which is owned by a family member. Next to us is a 2 acre field which we rent from a private party. I am sure that the paddocks, garden and the field would be available to anyone who bought this property. We also own a detached double garage (recently refurbished to be a farm shop) adjacent to the house with a patch of garden. There is an uplift clause on the garage plot in case you want to build a house on it (not our idea...we inherited it that way). This garage plot is valued at approximately 30K
We are looking for offers around 575K for the house and the garage plot. We would be willing to leave some stock and chicken sheds etc if needed
It is quite a complicated property but needs someone to bring all the land under one name to add value to it - something we don't have the energy to do
 
I would be really interested in talking to anyone who might be thinking of relocating to Oxfordshire
