Hi - would anyone like two pigs? They are about 5/6 months old, one male one female.  I think they are cross micro pig and kune kune pigs.  They are free to a good home and must be collected.  We are in Gloucestershire.

I think that advertising traditional food animals for free this close to Christmas is only going to end up in a full freezer for someone
Now that is not a bad thing in my book, but you have paid the money for these ere piggers, you have fed them and cared for them. If they are likely to end up as sausages (which IMO they are) why not fill YOUR freezer?
Unless you are veggie obviously
Sad thing to contemplate I know, but if they are going to get et, it makes no odds to the pigs who is doing the eating and once they are in your freezer you don't have to worry if they are being cared for properly

Hi Folks, I would love to fill my freezer but the grandchildren would be too distraught.  If someone else fills their freezer the kids will not know.

Sadly I did not take any pics today as the pigs are at my daughters and it was dark when I left work.  I will try again tomorrow on the way to work.

As someone who is currently filling their freezer with "micro pig", well. pot bellied, I seriously suggest posters make sure they get GOOD photos so they can see the fat ratio.... the butcher is going to have a laugh when he picks up mine from the abattoir next week.
