My two new girls

Kaz delivered my new girls this morning and I am very pleased with them  :)

Jaykay. They are Ryelands. I already have 3 coloured Ryelands from Kaz.

Ok, Ryelands what I'd have guessed  :) I will learn all these downs sheep eventually  :D Very pretty and cuddly anyway  ;D

At fibre group yesterday, one attendee was spindling Ryland and just raving about it as a fleece. 
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

they are shearlings called Pru and Pauline.  My 3 coloured shearlings that I got from Kaz a couple of months ago are called. Polly, Pattie and Penny.
