"Elmwood College is seeking your assistance to establish the likely demand and the overall viability of an Artisan Food Centre based at the college and we would be grateful if you could complete the short survey from the link below.

An Artisan Food Centre for Scotland at Elmwood College will provide expertise, support and inspiration to artisan food producers all over Scotland, both in the start-up phase and also in the further development of their companies. This help would be through advisory services (specific technical assistance from our own staff but also brokering specific advice through Business Gateway and the National Skills Academy for Food and Drink based in the University of Abertay, Dundee along with other organisations which specialise in food and drink.

The college’s experience in delivering high quality learning and teaching in the area of hospitality is recognised and thought of highly, locally and nationally within the industry. In many ways the development of an artisan food centre would be seen as a natural extension of the hospitality provision with many of the students progressing from the new school to artisan industry both locally and nationally.
