We are about to start a major refurbishment of our house and will be stripping out two bathrooms, all the central heating including radiators and and a fairly new oil condensing boiler, Oak internal doors and an oak staircase with a 90 degree turn. There is also a large Hunter woodburner. There is an virtually unused bath, two wash hand basins, a shower unit with mixer tap and shower head as well as another unused electric shower. There is also some oak balustrade and handrail for a landing. There will also be a few (not huge) oak beams. Everything is fairly new. Sounds mad I know but we are 'biting the bullet' and altering the whole house when we build extensions.

If anyone has a specific interest I can email you photos. It will all be going on Ebay eventually. However, there may be someone in the area (we are between Llandeilo and Carmarthen) looking for things and you are welcome to come along to view if you want before the builders start dismantling on the 11th June.

Nope, but it is (From the installation plate) a Hunter H14 and I think you can fit a boiler but you would need to confirm with the manufacturer. I've had other queries so to avoid reposting it the items I've had queries about are:

The Woodburner is (according to the installation plate) a Hunter H14 these are over a £1000 new
The Oil Combi boiler is a Warmflow and the burner is 14.3-26.3 KW I think these are around £1600 new
The Bathroom fittings are Heritage other than the shower enclosure which is Daryl
All the radiators have thermostatic valves.

All were in the house when we moved in 18 months ago but had very little use before then (and some like the bath none since - we're shower people). The boiler works with no problems. If anyone wants to discuss please email me to avoid posting further replies here

They will go on Ebay towards the end of next week if not sold.

Hi,
This is my 1st ever post on here, I'm so pleased! ;)

Do you still have the woodburner? We're currently restoring a farmhouse which had been totally stripped and I'm looking for a woodburner. Oh yes, if you do have it how much are you asking for it?

Ta.
