Rams needing rehoming - Devon
« on: February 18, 2012, 06:37:20 pm »
We have two 2011 pedigree registered Ryeland ram lambs that need rehoming.
Both been 'bullied' by the older rams and competed for feed, consequently they have not grown as big as we would have liked despite being fed separately.

Having said all that, I'm sure they would be very willing to try their best to serve ewes; their father is not the biggest ram in the world but makes up for it with enthusiasm.
Drake Plymouth (Bertie) and Drake Pilgrim (Burrator) are both halter trained, come when a bucket is shaken and have travelled in a trailer.  We have their dams and sires (and pedigree certificates) if they are to be sold for breeding.

If not used for breeding, they would make a very good pair of lawnmowers.
