No sorry, but have you thought about buying in a broody hen?
I am not sure how well this works or what problems can be encountered but I have seen broodies for sale. If you are interested in peekins I know that they usually go broody quite frequently during the spring and summer so if you bought in an adult hen she would probably go broody and sit your lavender eggs for you.
Do you know anyone nearby who would let you borrow their incubator?
Just some thoughts.
We have lots of peekins including lavenders. They are lovely little hens and such good broodies.
