Hello everyone,

Just a quick line to introduce ourselves. George and I are about to move to our first small holding in Caithness. Our plot will be just over 4 acres and we are looking forward to getting some pigs, chickens and ducks.

We have found the forum to be packed full of information and will no doubt have loads of questions as we are going along.

If anyone else living in the area has any advice on what grows well or issues in the area, we would be most grateful.
