Pickled eggs!

First ever pickled eggs are ready to much.. perfect to sit in front o the telly and watch the foot ball with a packet o crisps and a cold one. One more game left in the season, somehow that sums it all up! Still the eggs are good!

We love pickled eggs. Tend to use the pullet eggs that are too small to sell, but only after we sicken ourselves with egg sandwiches.

My wife won't do pickled eggs on account of the effect they have on my system!! She would rather scramble them and feed them back to the chickens
