My first baby goats!
« on: March 10, 2012, 11:37:16 am »
Well, its has been a text book kidding for my one and only pregnant doe this year. She produced two lovely chocolate brown female kids this morning, and she even waited until I got up before starting the whole procedure  ;D

here is a pic, they look black here but have dried off choc brown with strong whites - stunning girls! Although the colour has taken my by surprise as she is so silver, and the sire was silver (all pedigree BTs)

Now just how gorgeous are they...and so considerate of mum with the timing and producing non smelly girls.  Hope all your future experiences will be as nice....well done ;)
