thinking ahead...pea straw
« on: March 14, 2012, 07:51:23 am »
 we may well have a surplus of pea straw this year would anyone be interested in buying some ? baled in conventional small bales goats just love it well most livestock do  ;D.

we are in cambridgeshire and it would need to be collected straight away after bailing as we don't have the storage for ours plus. approx £2 (subject to the farmer sticking to his price)

just putting the feelers out atm to see if its worth while we have over wintered cattle, kk's, lambs & goats on last years.

We might be interested (assuming we manage to buy a couple of goats by then). Although, it might work for chickens too and we've got a lot of them already! Whereabouts in Cambs are you? We're in Willingham ~10miles north of Cambridge.

Oooh, Thanks, do let me know about the BTs when you know what you've got for sale.
