The fox took my 13 year old daughters call ducks & Aylesbury ducks a few month ago, all except one drake who now hangs out with my 8 geese, she was devastated.
She would love to get some more but I've said not until we have fox proofed their paddock properly, another task for summer!

Good luck with the eggs, I used to hatch duck eggs years ago and have thought about may be doing it again this year, the kids would love it.
