Well, they seem to be doing fine today, in spite of the snow. The ewe isn't daft and hung well back even with a bucket of beet nuts being waved at her, so I think I'll just leave them alone, It is a slight worry I haven't iodined navels, but I think the horse has already bolted on that one anyway. I'll just leave em be now, been desperately peering for any other bagging up that might be going on, but I can't see any.
I am informed that the tup is likely a pure Lleyn lamb (the guy I bought them off doesn't ball either) - and he has been having the odd 'surprise' since christmas, but they have stopped for him now, so I'm hoping that this is the end of it.
