Here I am sitting in sunny Spain, and at the moment, not a care in the world.
I love living in Spain, and don't miss much from home, (well, U.K. will always be home) except decent bacon. So I have decided to have a go at dry curing some this weekend. Wish me luck. I have carefully read the information given on this site, and am really keen to get started. Sooo excited
