runner beans

Can I give cooked runner beans to my new ducks pls??? :&>

I do  .... in moderation.

though my mum always says not to give raw beans to the guinea pigs - but doesn't know why!

I cooked extra (as per normal) on the sunday lunch so I can share whats left between dogs/cat/chickens & now ducks  ;D

I hope you cooked the animals' share in a different kitchen/shed as required by "law"
on a serious note - I would not feed beans raw, we are not supposed to eat them either, they do contain some toxin that goes away when cooked.
Yesterday I blanched and skinned some broad beans and the hens went bananas for the skins, so funny  :chook: :&>
