A subject dear to my heart - Real ale- micro breweries . Oz and james may doing a great programme on bbc 2 right now. I was in a beer cellar in lincoln and found alocal brewery tom woods have produced 2 local brews in celebration of the lincoln longwool sheep  and they have one a rare breed lincolnshire cattle.
