Is David Hanson a person who buys in bulk and then sells on? Do you know where he is based?

I'm not sure as I bought mine directly from Buck Wheeler. The inventor in US. But then when I wanted more quart bottles Buck referred me to David Hanson, who i think is his UK agent. He posted stuff to me, so not sure where he's based.
