Loved the 'smack the hubby round the head and marry a millionaire' littlemisspiggy ;D ;D

So far this month we as in OH (they do have their uses -I think ::) ::)) and me have

Put in a 50m  6" drainage pipe were we have a 'running' stream when it's raining.  Covered it in membrane carried 'tons' of stones to bank round it; OH then spread the piles of earth we have accumilated from the house extension project.  I then raked it as it is full of shale stones.

Harrowed our two small paddocks - then because there was so much dead grass pulled up I spent a day on our little ride-on mower called 'Murray' cutting it off - then harrowed it again.

Put on 14-14-21 fertiliser.

Continued to cut out brambles and overgrown hedge (it will have to wait until the autumn to be laid)

Had 3 huge bonfires ;D ;D

Fixed timber slattes around part of the hen house pens and filled with 3 big ton bags of shredded bark in one and  3 bags of wood chips in the other (this is for when it rains and I can then restrict them to the bark area)

P.S.

I set 3 mole traps and caught 1 mole... 1st time I've ever set traps.
