All birds free to a good home
« on: March 29, 2011, 07:29:25 pm »
Hi, just need to clear our garden of birds, most are Ex batts but I have a few youngish Black rocks, and an attractive pair of  :&> :&>, they make a lot noise here and I am worried about our neighbours although no one has said anything so far, we will keep 3 Black ROck chickens but that will be enough although not sure who we get eggs from but obviously some are not laying, we do not need the eggs just at the moment and they are therefore not cost effective, come along with your box and take some, pllllllllllllleassssse, although I shall miss BIG SANDY!!!!!   Ohps, in Clackmannan

I'd have had your ducks until you wanted them back if they'd both been females but I don't think Charlie and Jack would get on.  I can easily take your hens then when you want them back you can have them.  Just let me know.

I will keep three I think for now, no need for eggs at the moment and times are VERY VERY hard, cannot afford to keep them so you are welcome, Charlie and Lilly are lovely but she makes a lot of noise, I would love to keep her but we worry as she wakes us up!! I think on grass she would keep happy in the mornng as she now wakes up and quakes until we feed her and a lot of other times when she sees me around!!!! I am not bothered, just need to trim our sails!!! THanks

Sandy,

I'd like to re-home some of your chickens. Kinda sad with your circumstances, but I am now ready for some chooks, timing right for me if it suits you?
