I have two white Shetland wether lambs for sale. If you have between 0.5 and 1 acre of land, would love to raise your own lambs WITHOUT the hassle and cost of bottlefeeding and vaccinating, these two are for you!
They were born April 2010, and being Shetlands will reach their best at about 18 months, so would be ready for the freezer after a few months mowing the lawn! They should kill out at around 20kg.
They will be given their Heptavac P+ booster soon, have their feet trimmed and will be wormed on leaving us. They are bucket trained, and can easily be brought into a pen. They would only need shearing in May/June, and if you are (or know one) a handspinner, you would also get a really nice fleece to work on...
They would be 50 pounds each. I can deliver (diesel costs) within a 150mile radius of St Boswells (Scottish Borders). Please contact through the forum.
