I live in west Texas (near Abilene) & was interested in purchasing a pig that was ready to go to the butcher. I'm not sure how the process works, since my grandmother use to do everything for me. I have a pretty small household; so I don't need anything too big. If anyone could point me in the right direction or provide pointers on what to look for, I would greatly appreciate it.
