We're doing ours on Monday.  We take them to a licensed guy who has all the equipment and guides us through the process.  :)  Having said that, snow and ice permitting  ::)
Did you ever stop to think, and forget to start again !!

I will be doing our chickens on Monday. One for our Christmas lunch and the others for family and a couple of friends.

Have slaughtered 6 and plucked 4, two are hanging up half done. Ohhhh my sore hands and wrists. I may have to drink a few shots of cooking sherry and start again tomorow!
