Depends on your budget, there are a couple on the market in Aberdeenshire, but they're not cheap!  Have a look at Aberdeen & Northern Marts website:

This isn't a bad area to be located, there's an abattoir in Inverurie that does cattle and it used to be an area that produced a lot of milk 20 odd years ago before they all sold out.

"Mackies" dairy is still based in the area if you want to Google that.

You could also try contacting some of the "Estates" in the area to see if they'd rent - many rent houses, not so sure about land rental though.

Scotland is officially TB Free - so you'll probably need to test everything and cull as necessary before moving stock, but it does mean you don't have the annual test to contend with.  We aren't allowed to sell unpasteurised milk though - just in case that's part of your plan.

I am very tempted by scotland tbh. Nah we don't sell unpasturised, everything is pasturised

ideally under a million. Would preferably rent instead of buy tbh. Acerage, anything between 60 and 150. The buildings need to be decent for housing animals and such

You need to look at the properties that are POA then.  Those are the ones no-one else can afford!
