the back is holding up ok so far ...still twinging now and then , but basically ok . I am not pushing my luck too far with it at the moment though , just feeding the horses etc and doing all the small jobs .
I get that falling over thing , and I don't drink at all !!!
, I have vertigo ...it is a real pain in the bum . I can be walking/standing whatever, and just exit stage left !!! Always to the left ? it is the same feeling as when you get out of a chair to fast, and go arse over tit.
Last week I head butted a tree , not because I was 'avin a go at it ', but because I 'had a turn'
.
Thankfully it isn't all the time , but it is often enough to cause problems. Like earlier in the the year, when the ice was about , I had a mini vertigo turn and slipped on the ice , got my hand down and managed to bend it right back so it laid flat along my forearm
, I thought it was broken , but had to put it back in the right place as it was going a strange colour . So I grabbed it and put it where it should be
, and it all clicked back in place ...job done , carry on feeding the horses. The wrist was ok after a week or so of soreness, but I really jarred the shoulder , and I think I ended up with frozen shoulder. That is just about ok now ...'just' . So what with sneezing and zapping my back , slipping and doing my wrist and shoulder , and popping my knee ligament , it has not been a good year . I hope that this coming year will be a bit easier ...mind you ... the year after (2012) it all ends anyway !!!! The end is nigh !!! don't bother planting any biennials, only annuals from now on !!!
Just working out how many pairs of wellies I will need to buy before it all ends !!!
