2nd cockerel getting dressed tomorrow

getting another cockerel prepared for the table tomorrow, looking forward to the moment.
hoping this one is that bit better than the last one!

nothing really, i was quite proud of myself!
i meant that second time round should be even a more professional job ;)
even beth my wife was amazed, RESULT
