This is how we do it (if there are any 'elf and safety folk reading, I am describing not recommending
)
We have two pieces of wood, 1" x 4" x 3ft. We've drilled them through in two places at each end. One hole at each end has a bolt and wing nut through. The other takes each end of a thick piece of rope, about 8-10ft long, with a loop tied in the middle.
We clamp the wood onto the end of the section of stock fencing, having stapled it to the far post. We then loop the rope around the quad bike tow ball and pull - then hammer away with the staples while it's under tension.
It may sound unorthodox but we've done many fences like this and they look good
