I’m in a glut of sheeps milk right now.
I’m thinking cheese could be a good idea.
I’ve not made it in donkeys years. And not in this country.
Where is an inexpensive and ethical (if the 2 can go together ha) supplier please.
I think I tried Amazon years ago and don’t want to buy from them ideally.
Thank you

Yes, though it depends on what you define as ethical - it is a small UK based company and their customer service is really good. I get ALL my dairying stuff from them, with the exception of my food-grade plastic milking buckets. I haven't used Amazon for over two years now.

Ooh, where do you get your food grade plastic milking buckets, Anke?  We are still using 2 old green buckets I bought at a farm sale over 10 years ago (because no-one except me liked the stainless steel bucket, and that now includes the cows, as I no longer milk regularly so they have become unused to clanking... )
