Biggar Show 2012
« on: July 14, 2012, 07:45:27 pm »
I've just seen a message on the Biggar shows' facebook page saying that all cattle and some of the horse classes have been cancelled due to the weather - the final decision on everything else is being taken on Monday  :( :'( :( :'( :(

I'll post any updates I hear of  :-\

Blinking weather  :gloomy: :gloomy: :gloomy:

I think they have to make their minds up in advance or they lose the deposit on the hire of the fields, so it can't be a last minute decision.
I'm supposed to be spinning there...

well to be honest the great yorkshire turned out to be a great farce     two days judging in one day with some classes canceled    glabber betwean the pig pens  glabber in the rings     some big classes dragged on for ages others only a third came forward  although all the pigs were there   it was like walking with diving boots on    then at one o'clock everybody was leaving down the road at the side of the pig pens

sir Jackie stewart organised the formula one safety committee there should have been one at the GYS  one lorry driver got a rake of fornication's fired into him    happy days :farmer:

The clincher is often the car park......
