Visible mending - show you're up-cycling

Has anyone tried this?  https://egausa.org/visible-mending-introduction

The latest thing for saving the planet is to make your clothes last instead of buying new ones when a button falls off or a hole appears.  With visible mending you can show off that the patch is meant to be there and you're proud of it.
I have my favourite handspun, hand dyed, knitted baggy jumper which I really don't want to have to chuck out.  I've already knitted invisible patches on both elbows, then re-knitted them on top (they're not exactly invisible though) so this time I thought I would go with some lovely woolly flower patching instead

There is NO planet B - what are YOU doing to save our home?

Do something today that your future self will thank you for - plant a tree

Love your soil - it's the lifeblood of your land.
