Kidney Failure

Hi.  Thought I'd posted but it hasn't appeared so here's a repeat.  My GG had a tooth abcess which prevented her from eating.  She lost weight.  That was sorted (we thought) but she kept losing weight.  She's fine in herself but very thin.  For 3 weeks the vet has been trying to discover what's wrong with her and has just diagnosed (after finally giving her a blood test) kidney failure.  She has had antibiotics and pain killers because the vet thought her lack of appetite was due to her tooth problem persisting. She has said there is nothing else to be done.  Before I take the final step - she's my favourite goat - is there anything, anything at all, I can do?  I would be really grateful for any advice. TIA
