First time turkey kill and pluck
« on: December 18, 2013, 06:31:24 pm »
Well I have to say I'm rather proud of my self! Today was my first ever experience of a kill and pluck. All three went very well I only made one small rip in the skin, which was on the last one when I got a little over confident.
They are now bagged and hung in the polytunnel till Sunday.
now I'm Going to settle down with some home made elderflower wine from last year.
