First time hatching Coturnix quail

So chuffed  ;D


Day 18 of incubation and we've hatched 4 out of 12 eggs; a few more days with the incy on and our fingers crossed for more.

We now have 2 more hatched (now 6) and 2 that have pipped their shell. However, these have been pipped for 2 days now without much progress, though, they're still alive (can see movement).

Let's hope they're strong enough to break through.

Really happy with the results.

be very carful off drawning they will grow faster than chickins
