Egg incubation-temperature and humidity

Hi all,

Its been a fair few years since I hatched eggs in a incubator and can't for theblofe of me remember what the tem and humidity should be.

Part of me thinks it was 37.5 c and 45% until day 18 and then 37 c and 60% for lockdown?

Is that right?

Many thanks
