I am building a
two wheeled handcart and the plan that I am working off calls for the edge of the plywood to be finished with J-bead to protect it. The J-bead I am using looks similar to the picture below
Well - I applied my first bit of J-bead to a panel yesterday and it was a bugger to cut to the correct length. I cut it with a hacksaw and when I got to the gappy side it went all flimsy and flapped about and I couldn't get a good purchase for the hacksaw.
Is there something I don't know about that I'm doing wrong? What's the best way to cut it?
