Clear drenches are ones which contain ivermectin as the active ingredient. Ivermectin does not treat fluke, if it is a combined wormer/flukicide it will be mixed most usually with Triclabenzadole. If I am using a wormer, I tend just to use whatever works out cheapest/dose using the active ingredient I desire. Last time I checked, molemec was the cheapest ivermectin.

Get yourself some of the Eblex Better Returns Programme (BRP) guides.

Download them here

Read "Manual 8 - Target Worm Control..." first, then the "Booklet - Parasite Control Guide" which gives you a lookup table of which meds has which active ingredient.

The Parasite Control Guide has a reference table showing all the classes of drench, the active ingredients, the brand names - priceless.
