Anyone got a tried and tested Nettle Beer recipe? I tried one last year, first time it was OK, second time the bottles exploded!
Anyone have one that works?

We made two batches last year - the first was excellent, the second less so.

Not reliable enough to pass on I'm afraid

Our 2nd batch is currently in the bottles and will be ready in the next two weeks. The first batch was delicious, a bit "green" after 2 weeks in the bottle, but very nice indeed after 3. We've doubled the batch this time to 40 pints and are keeping everything crossed.
