Revamped milking bench
« on: June 26, 2014, 12:22:27 am »
My lovely carpenter friend has done some clever stuff with the milking bench so it now has a head restraint. This should prevent Cloud from trying to push me off the bench when she's finished the bucketful of food. It also means that OH doesn't have to stand there while I milk, to keep her in place. We tried it out and after some adjustment (she managed to pull her head through the first time) it worked well. Once she realised she couldn't withdraw her head, she just stood patiently.

I'll try to get a photo tomorrow.
