Crofts Housing Grant Scheme
« on: August 28, 2014, 09:07:43 pm »
Hi, anyone know if the CCHGS has been extended to owner occupiers yet or is it still just tenants. I was told it was going to be changed as it was yet another anomaly in the crofting rules...........

I have no idea I am afraid but would suspect that all the grants may (or may not) be different when the new CAP scheme comes into play (early next year I think).
I don't know what happens to applications that are made over the transition period.

Sorry, that is probably no help at all!
