My mother went on a session on felting, and has since been really intrested in it. 

she has even got my children (9 and 7) intrested and they have now both just finished crafts to enter into our local show!!!  my 9yr old has made wee kids shoes, and my 7yr old has made a BIG  spider and phone case!! 

They have used both wet and needle felting!  I they can do it, then anyone can do it, but mind your fingers!!!!
