Calling urban / suburban smallholders
« on: September 13, 2010, 06:20:34 pm »
I received the email below yesterday. I KNOW there are TASers out there who fit this bill, so don't be shy - contact Alex and help others do what you've done.

Name: Alex Mitchell
Email: alex@theediblegardener.co.uk
Enquiry:

Hi

I'm a gardening writer and journalist (wrote a book called The
Girl's Guide to Growing Your Own and a regular column for The Sunday
Telegraph about growing fruit and vegetables in my little London
garden). I'm researching a piece for the Telegraph about urban or
suburban smallholders – those who have dug up the turf in their
gardens and not only planted fruit and veg but also raise chickens,
pigs or goats.

Having looked at your site I just wondered if you knew of any people
who fitted the bill and who might not mind me contacting them?

Look forward to hearing from you

many thanks

v best
