http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McIbOQcDtns&feature=related
contains aspertame.... Donald Rumsfeld made the law that allowed this drug to be used in our food and drinks ... (he has $ interests in it ) even though they KNEW it was POISON !!! oh and yes , that is the same Donald Rumsfeld that has $ interests in Tamiflu, oh and the swine fly vaccine too ....but don't worry folks , you can be sure he has your best interests at heart .....you are safe in his hands .....

Donald Rumsfeld followed Searle as CEO, and then as President, of Searle between 1977 and 1985.
In 1985, he played an instrumental role in the acquisition of G.D. Searle & Company by Monsanto.

Novartis , the company that makes Ritalin ....
In January 2009 the United States Department of Health & Human Services awarded Novartis a $486 million contract for construction of the first US plant to produce cell-based influenza vaccine, to be located in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The stated goal of this program is the capability of producing 150,000,000 doses of pandemic vaccine within six months of declaring a flu pandemic.[15]
yes, thats reads in January 2009 ....remind me , when did swine flu break out ????? was it not April 2009 ????

It is scary Russ - thats why theres only a few look for the truth :o
We are all conditioned to take the easy road and do as we are told ;D ;D ;D
Its hard to break the mold - or should that be mould ;D ;D ;D

The ritalin one REALLY got me scared :o
My wee girl Kaitlin(4), the one who amongst other things climbs on top of her wardrobe and makes a break for freedom through any windows we leave open, is in the process of being diagnosed with ADHD.
Having tried natural remedies and homeopathy to relieve her symptoms along with set routines and pretty much everything we can - we're running out of ideas. I had hoped for a magic cure (as if !) and really thought medication was going to be it. BUT after reading the links I'm now in a state of dispair :'(
I love her to bits and would NEVER knowingly put her in any danger (hence no swine flu jabs) but I'm just totally stuck for what to do next to help her. And she does need help because her condition is so severe that she is a danger to herself - she just has no idea of safety and consequences of her actions. She thinks nothing of just running off - wherever she is !
Prior to having kids I was one of those people who thought ADHD was an excuse for bad parenting, but Rebecca(6) is fine, a normal kid who does what she's told (most of the time) and has reasoning and understanding, even when she was younger, so I'm not being unfair on Kaitlin or expecting too much from her.
But what do I do now ???
Ah, the joys of being a parent ;) You spend all your pregnancy worrying about the baby in your belly thinking when they arrive it's going to be less of a worry cos you can see them - but that's when the worrying REALLY starts !
If any of you TASSERS have experience of ADHD I'd love some advice :-*
-
Donald Rumsfeld has got to be THE scariest person on the planet!
As for ADHD HH everything you have described about Kaitlin also fits my 6 year old, Harry, perfectly. The number of times he has been nearly run over are beyond counting. He was at his worst at 4 and before he started school we started going down the road with the NHS to get a diagnosis. When he was assessed they said he was borderline and probably just needed to start school to have the challenge and routine. She was right - the improvement has been enormous. He's by no means perfect and has an appalling temper, but he seems to have got slightly more sensible. The summer when he was 4 I was tearing my hair out, totally at a loss as to what to do, thinking he would get excluded from school within the first week, but so far so good. He is in year 1 now - is the 'challenging' child of the class, but they are dealing with him.
He is a very bright, articulate, charismatic, enchanting child, but with all that good stuff comes the flip side of a temper, lack of consideration for his actions, inability to listen. He does everything at 110% and as one of his pre-school teachers said "Harry will be successful in whatever he does as an adult because he is so wilful and determind, but God, I'm glad I'm not his mother!"
Basically, HH don't worry too much and see what happens as Kaitlin goes through her first year at school. Alternatively try finding someone who does cranial massage for children - thats what I'm thinking of doing for Harry - its supposed to be great for balancing them.
-
Hi Mirimaran,
Like Harry, Kaitlin is INCREDIBLY smart ! She also a very loving, sweet little girl. She does have a temper (I always put that down to the red hair ;)) but we don't often see it - when we do - WOW stand well clear !
We've been seeing doctors, phycologists, speach and hearing specialists etc for over 2 years (the initial referral happened when she was just 2) The nursery she attended is linked to the primary school so they knew what she was like prior to starting and have been great - but they feel (as we do) that we need to get somewhere with a diagnosis and/or treatment soon for Kaitlin's sake, as she doesn't mix with her peers and although she enjoys learning she lacks the ability to sit still and take it in unless on a one to one basis. I always just put it down to her being different from Rebecca and everyone told me "you never get two the same" but everyone who deals with her has said there's definately more to it than just being unruley. One night as I was putting her to bed she started crying and said she was so sorry for being naughty, she wanted to be a good girl and make mummy proud :'( It broke my heart because she IS a good kid, there just doesn't seem to be any way for her to control it (we've done the food exclusion and everything we eat is made from scratch - no nasties so we know it's not this) I just want her to enjoy a normal childhood with friends and happy times and for her to get the most out of her education as possible - I don't want her to become a teen crime statistic or look back when she's an adult and think we've failed her by not doing more.
I think I'll look into the cranial massage, I'm also going to see my Reki master as I think she'll have more impact on Kaitlin than my novice attempts. It's a constant struggle but we remain positive for her sake (only now and again, like now, do I sit down, really think about it and that's when the tears come :'()
Sorry for the ramble - time to stop feeling sorry for myself and go hug my kids. :-*
-
Ooh Karen, you have me in tears now Mrs.
It is awful just not knowing, and worrying about the future is not an option now.
You will drive yourself daft, you know, and I know, that you are already doing what you can, you are a wonderful mother and it will be no fault of yours whatever happens in the future, but believe me, that little girl loves you and she will always be your friend.
I think Joe may have had adhd, but it didn't have a name when he went to school, he also has red hair and a fairly wicked temper - but hey, none of us are perfect, he is very intelligent and can make anything with his hands. Tara is very similar to Joe, she is highly intelligent and although she mixes and gets on with people on the farm and at the zoo, she has no friends at school.
The problem with schools is they want the easy option, if theres any problems they want to label it or have it taken away for someone else to deal with - Tara has had problems at school for five years, the teacher always said it was Tara that was oversensitive or imagining things - the "problem" left the school in September and - guess what, Tara is doing great and the teachers have suddelny realised they were wrong in their judgements of Tara - a bit late for Tara now, but she will be leaving in June for a new school.
The other problem is ending up giving your child sedatives every day, which is what happened to a friend of mines son, you are right to look at head massage and reiki, keep away from chemical fixes as I am sure its more behaviour therapy and deep understanding and talking that helps the most.
Now, I will go away and shut up - but send my love to you and mirimaran and the lovely children you have
You and Mirimaran have a lot in common, your both great mothers, your both into animals, you both keep yourselves very very busy, and you both are wanting the best for your children. Theres two incredibly strong and loving mothers doing more than their best xxx
-
Thanks Julie :-* :-* :-*
Sorry for being so doom and gloom, every now and then it just gets really hard - I'm feeling much better now ;D
Can I just say though, the school have been really good. We do feel incredibly supported by them and I don't think it's a case of them looking for the easy option - I really do think that they do want to help her and us through this. Once there's an official diagnosis they can access additional funding to bring in more resources that will be purely for Kaitlin but until that point they can't do much else. I just keep hounding the doctors, we're due to see another team of people in January - but me, being me, wants that appointment NOW ! (Patience has NEVER been my strong point ;))
-
Hiya Hippy have to looked at the drink she has as me and my sister had problems with orange squash when we where little, My sister still can't eat roast chicken flavoured crisp due to the additives they have in the flavouring.
Linz
-
Hi Linz,
We've been there already ! All she drinks now is water and milk with the very occaisional fresh fruit juice or cup of tea - Asda'a squashes (especially the red ones) did make her much worse so they were quickly disposed of. When I was younger my little sister used to go completely nuts if she had irn-bru, like totally manic psyco nuts ! :o
We are really zero tolerance on any kind of additives in the kids foods - but it makes no difference to Kaitlin I'm afraid :(
It's a really long and drawn out story, from birth there were problems (even the pregnancy was bloody awful compared to my others !) But I don't want to bore everyone to tears with the story, suffice to say we're totally clued up about every aspect of ADHD and other behavioural problems (autism, aspergers etc) and we've explored avenues even the health proffesionals haven't, and will continue to do so until we manage to help my wee girl become the person she wants to be and not the one who's sad and lonely. God ! I'm off again, better go before I start blubbing all over my keyboard - like I said, as long as I don't think too much about the long term and focus on being happy, calm and consistent for her we manage each day as it comes.
;D
-
HH So glad that your school is helping you - we just didn't get that here - but then again we are "blow-ins" and not locals, which I think was also against us unfortunately.
Managing each day as it comes is a great way to go forward - and remember, you are our Happy Hippy ;D ;D ;)
-
That's me ;)
Peace and love, man -peace and love .......

HH try to concentrate on the good that Kaitlin does - if she is anything like Harry she will be a comic and have everyone in stitches on occassions. Funny, talking about the red hair - no guesses what Harry's hair colour is?! Sounds to me like you are doing the very best you can - just make sure you don't get pushed from department to department in the NHS. When Harry started school, because he was very full on, some children found him very hard to cope with. He ended up feeling rejected, the harder he tried to be accepted, the more full on he was and the more the other children would back off. The result of this was that Harry started soiling himself at school and not telling the teachers. Once he told me that he poohed in the playground and since he was wearing boxers the pooh dropped down his trouser leg so he stamped on it to make sure nobody would see and of course trod it into the classroom - didn't tell the teacher though. Anyway, trying to get an appointment with Encoporesis unit was like trying to climb Everest - ed psychs and clinical psychs were refering us backwards and forwards and thankfully before they had sorted themselves out Harry stopped doing it.
I find with Harry for all the heartache he causes he can melt my heart in a nano second. Like the other day he was being a pain at the dinner table so he was sent to the naughty step. We carried on eating and then heard a little voice singing Christmas Pudding - I nearly wet myself laughing! A couple of weeks ago he told me, with a very earnest look on his face, that when I die he would put a bar of chocolate in my coffin so that when I turned into a zombie I would have something eat if I felt hungry!
Thanks for your kind words by the way Snoopy and I've just realised we are way off topic now - sorry Russ!

absolutely no problem MM,
as far as I an concerned talking on here is a conversation and as such , it can go anywhere. The basic topic will be discussed then it can open up other unexpected doors as is the case here. So not off topic at all ...very much ON topic really , oh and this one was Julies topic ... ::) ;D

I know I know ...it's the Mail ... but it does cover the information very well , and I have checked most of it elsewhere and it all seems to be right so far.
This was put out in August but I thought it right to put it back on here as it gives information that for some reason seems to be getting left out of the vaccine program altogether ?? .
cheers
Russ
ps; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-FFobqCZzs ignore the slightly strange happy chappie attitude of the presenter , but listen to what he says , very scary as everything checks out, as near as I can find out !
-
It is such a worry, I had thought there was no way I would get the jab. However, my GP who is a good friend strongly recommends it and I got a phone call from the practice today to get it on Friday as I am diabetic. I really don't know what to do for the best.
-
myself , I wouldn't let anyone get anywhere near me with a jab . Anyone wanting to give me the vaccine would have to be prepared to die to do so . I do feel that strongly about it , and I would carry out my warning to prevent myself from having ANY flu jab.
I can't however help anyone else make their mind up , apart from putting up information that can be at best, difficult to find .
All I know is there IS poison in the vaccine , of that there is no doubt , and many , MANY , doctors and people who make the vaccine will NOT take it ??, nuff said !!!
cheers

Never had a flu jab, and defo don't think i would take the swine flu jab either .
The hole reason i don't take the flu Jab (but i am a piority case due to asthma) is that my mother and grandparent where given it and they came down with the worst flue that year and it really floored them.
Any way their are many kinds of flu around and the government pick the one that think is gona be the worst that year then vacinate people against that partictule one, So what happens if you get the others types ? you get floored with them.
(I could be wrong in this but i don't think i am , any doctors/nurses on the forum , to say if it correct?)
-
Me and MOH have had the flu jab for about the last ten years and can honestly say that we never have as much as a head cold. mind you we don't mix with that many people so perhaps we don't come into contact with the viruses that other people seem to get. however I have serious misgivings about the Swine Flu stuff and won't be having that.

Just about Linz - what they do is prepare a cocktail of a few strains that are most likely to do the rounds and use that to jab in any one year. I'm 65, no real health issues except osteoporosis and too much fat, so I'll probably be offered the jabs. No way am I taking them.

We have two sons, one six and one two, and we decided not to have them vaccinated at all.
The younger one had a prolonged jaundice when he was a baby, and had to go for numerous tests over a period of about nine months, after which they concluded that "some babies are like this". Now the medics have got him down as a liver-problem case, and have offered him the Swine flu jag. We will decline.
Having consulted a homeopath more often than a GP when the kids are 'off', we have always been wary of medication for the masses, and have adopted a 'wait and see, then react' attitude.
I read the books 'What vets don't tell you about vaccines', and 'What doctors don't tell you about vaccines', and was horrified.
We have kept dogs and horses for many years, and have had none of them vaccinated. Friends and relatives do the animal vaccinations regularly, and have endless problems which cost thousands of pounds in vet's fees.
I don't understand why, for example, people can have a single dose of vaccine and supposedly be protected for the rest of their lives, yet dogs and horses are required to have annual boosters. ??? £, perhaps.

I have had a similar experience, and have little faith in Hospitals, Doctors, Operations and Vets - especially drugs that they recommend.
You are right to think the way you do, and more and more people will become aware of the whole money making business.
Vets have been known to come out to dying animals, and rather than not get paid for the call out by just admitting that the animal is
going to die, have given the animal an injection, so that they could bill for the visit and the administering of drugs, when, infact, the
injection given was just a vitamin injections, which would do nothing for the animal - but hey - the vet gets paid for his callout and drugs.
I am pretty sure this is the case with humans and doctors too - I was also born with Jaundice, and did not have any problems since,
until, after being given Aulin 100 for pain after major surgery, it was discovered that my liver went from totally normal, to that of an
alcoholics, within six months.
As I do not drink heavily, it is now believed, but cannot be proven, that the Aulin 100 caused my liver damage.
I was 9 1/2 stone all my life, but have ended up being 3-4 stone overweight which has been gained over a three year period, because my liver cannot process fat.
I need another major operation, but have to lose 2-3 stone before it can be performed - and until then I have to take an overdose of drugs to control the acid in my stomach - which causes other problems.
Before I had major surgery for cancer I used to trust the medical profession, even though my Grandmother voiced problems when she was terminally ill, and believed that she was being used as a guinea pig for experiments, and being given different tests and drugs all the time, I thought she was maybe imagining it - how wrong can you be!!! ???
Protect your animals and your children - the drug industry even has the doctors convinced it knows what it is doing - so called educated people in high positions - now I consider it brainwashing by corporate marketing skills.
rant over - Julie
they can operate

Just feel the need to say vaccines have done alot of good many very serious or even fatal diseases have been eradicated due to mass vaccination. Please lets not go down the road of all medicines and medics are bad or we will be going backwards and ending up with every illness under the sun and greatly reduced life expectancies ;but hey if that's what you want you might be doing the GOVT a favour; you'll cost them less to keep cos you wont get to retirement age or need nursing homes or social care in your own home .Perhaps that's the plan ,get you lot to stop taking medical care and die young[many govt spending problems solved nice and easily.] Who knows? Russ?
-
Ah the 'ol reverse conspiracy, conspiracy......argh head starting to hurt!!
-
well you could say we are already going backwards ...hospitals where people are dying from illness and disease that they caught IN hospital !!! People actually dying of malnutrition in hospital ( brought about by inadequate hospital diet !!) ....hospitals unable to get rid of MRSA or other terrible infections . Some hospitals I have been in , I wouldn't keep pigs in .. they were rank to say the least.
Some of those eradicated diseases are returning too ....TB ....there is now an almost untreatable form of TB . It is only managed till the patient dies !!!! But yes medicine can be good , as long as medical practice is good too . And as long as politicians stay out of it . But they won't , because there is money to be made out of sick people .
There are perfectly good and effective natural methods of curing/healing many health problems , but there is more money for doctors and the pharmaceutical companies if people are pumped full of god knows what crap .
No I don't have all the answers Gavo , but neither do the politicians or even sadly GP's. Most , sadly , being puppets for the big drug companies and just pumping any old crap/poison out as long as they get £££££. Now tell me I am wrong on THAT !!!!
cheers
Russ
-
Would expect that from the spouse of a nurse - brainwashing again ;D ;D ;D
-
My head always hurts ....I think it must be something to do with the big empty space within it !! But it is good to get all views , and that is how things can get sorted , not just by following corrupt politicians , who couldn't give a toss if you are ill or not ..but there again .. they don't make money out of you if you are well ....oh silly me yes they do .... TAXES ... to pay for their second , third and even fourth homes....
cheers
Russ
-
Snoopy i may be married to a nurse but i don't think like one; but it does give quite an insight to the medical goings on;good and bad .As for brainwashing mine hasn't ever been washed; but i don't strive to be different or to be one of the crowd either.I make my own mind up and i don't care who likes it or not. Russ as for politicians i wouldn't trust them as far as i could throw them; but i could say the same about many a one as well.
-
yep same here mate ....most seem to be on the take one way or another .....
cheers
