I seperate my milk to get the lovely cream (I'm a butterscotch ice cream addict!!) but wondered what else I can make with the skimmed (or semi skimmed ???) milk? Can I use it for cheese or yoghurt? Or maybe something else entirely, other than the animals getting it.

Drink it. It will help you lose the weight that the ice cream will put on. :roflanim: Sound yummy btw. How do you make it?
