I'm from a farming background and I currently have a small farm in Surrey. This was a joy to read, very simple and well written. Not a manual or a guide of any kind just a collection of good stories from a small holding and some interesting lessons to learn from. A very enjoyable light read that every interested in small scale farming should read.
