There was a stray sheep in my front garden a few days. OH managed to get her back to the lane to find her own way home but she keeps coming back and has now migrated to my back garden where she seems to be quite happy.
Yesterday morning I walked to the farm about 1/2 a mile down the road and spoke to the farmers wife. She asked me to describe the sheep (errr 4 legs, one at each corner) and when I said it had a white face she said it was definitely one of theirs and she would tell her husband. I said I was worried that she was eating things that were not meant for sheep and she wasn't worried.
Well no one has been to collect her. Should I be doing anything else or just leave her alone?

My initial thoughts were - is she with your sheep re - bringing in any unwanted problems.

Remind them about it Bionic. You're in Wales, they will come for her but maybe not until next New Year.

Nothing gets done in a hurry, remember.

JS, no she is in the garden and seperated from my sheep by a wood fence and electric fencing so they can't get together and my sheep will never be put in the garden.

If they don't pick her up, tell them you'll send a bill for all the damage she's causing in the garden... Much as I like sheep, I wouldn't want one eating my last kale!

Well it looks like we have had a good outcome. Said farmer arrived on a quad bike and we had a good chat. He has promised to give me a drench gun and fluke treatment and also some copper to inject.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that he might even help with administering.
