I have a bottle fed lamb whoís mother didnít want to take her and she is a month old and I noticed her umbilical is dried up but itís bunched up right against the stomach and it has a yellow/orange crust to it

Sounds like an umbilical hernia.  Needs a little suture to close it by the vet.
