Difficency recognition

Hi. I am looking for a photo identification chart  or good picture chart for vegitable / fruit tree mineral difficency.
Also can any one suggest any books on the subject. Only looking to naturally
Amend soil so books will have to reflect this.
Can anyone suggest a soil testing service. Looking for all mineral test.

Can you get hold of some books by DG Hessayan ( SP ?) he writes the " The expert vegetable gardener , The expert fruit tree gardener , The expert flower gardener etc etc.

In his books he shows some useful  disease symptoms on stems,  leaves produce & roots
 Another place is the Royal Horticultural Society website .     Put " RHS"  into your search engine ,  they have a fantastic  range of colour pictures & loads of detailed crop info  once you locate the plant you require .
Strong belief , triggers the mind to find the way ... Dyslexia just makes it that bit more amusing & interesting
