Hello and welcome to the smallholders' family  .  It took us the same time to find a similar sized piece of land here in Scotland, 22 years ago.  It was all new and exciting back then, now it's our whole life and 'before' is a distant memory.  I love it when people here on TAS are just starting out with all the excitement that entails.  Ask away for help and advice - we love sharing  ;D .  Do you have any ideas and plans yet?

We have a plan. But the first job will be to sort the house , doesn't need much doing , then spend time planning year one .

 and welcome from Shropshire. I love Pembrokeshire - all of south Wales actually and have holidayed in both Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. I know there are other TAS members so I'm sure one or two will pop up and say hello soon. Congratulations on getting your land.
